1. Service Description:

The Dampologists provide damp-proofing and moisture control surveys, including assessments. As Independent Surveyors our survey report can be provided to other third parties to carry out any remedial work on your property.

2. Pricing and Payment:

We strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing for our services. The cost will be communicated to you during the initial consultation or as part of the quotation process. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon before the commencement of the survey.

3. Appointment Scheduling:

We will work with you to schedule appointments for site visits, assessments, and treatments. It is important to be available and provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time. In case of any changes or delays, we appreciate timely communication to reschedule as necessary.

4. Scope of Work:

Our survey will be performed according to the Federation of Damp best practices and in compliance with relevant regulations. The specific scope of the survey will be outlined prior to us coming to site.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

To ensure the successful completion of our services, it is essential that you provide accurate and complete information about the property, its condition, and any existing issues. You are responsible for maintaining a safe and suitable environment for our team to perform their work.

6. Warranty and Liability:

We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to pre-existing structural defects or unforeseen issues during our survey.
